Inviting members

Invite teammates by email, manage roles, and control wrkspace access.

Overview

Team owners and admins can invite people by email from Team settings → Members. Invited users receive a link to join the team. After they accept, add them to individual wrkspaces if they should not see every project on the team.

Send an invite

  1. Open your team and go to Settings → Members.
  2. Enter the person’s email address and choose a team role (owner, admin, or member).
  3. Send the invite. The recipient gets an email with a join link when outbound email is configured on your instance (see Production deployment).

Pending invites appear in the members list until accepted or revoked.

Team roles

Wrkspace-level roles (for example wrkspace owner for delete) are separate from team roles. See Teams and wrkspaces.

Wrkspace access

Team membership alone does not grant access to every wrkspace. From Wrkspace settings → Members, add team members who should see that project. Folder-level sharing in Docs can further restrict who sees specific folders.

Remove a member

Team admins can remove someone from the team in Settings → Members. Removing a member revokes their access to all wrkspaces on that team. Content they created (tasks, comments, docs) remains in the wrkspace.
